We focus on strong design fundamentals, technical detailing, and on-ground execution quality.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Interior Designer / Design Coordinator who can take ownership of design development, working drawings, and site coordination. This role is execution-focused and requires strong technical understanding, decision-making ability, and leadership over junior designers.This is not a purely conceptual role. The candidate must be comfortable working closely with sites, vendors, and execution teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & DrawingsPrepare and review detailed working drawings (AutoCAD)Ensure drawings are accurate, executable, and site-readyCoordinate with junior designers for drafting, revisions, and correctionsMaintain AKS drawing standards, formats, legends, and documentationSite CoordinationVisit sites regularly and coordinate with the execution teamResolve on-site design challenges with practical solutionsEnsure execution is as per approved drawings and design intentFlag discrepancies between site conditions and drawings proactivelyTeam ManagementGuide and supervise junior designers (Nirmal, Kabir, Ruth)Review work before it goes to site or clientReduce repetitive errors through training and feedbackVendor & Material CoordinationCoordinate with vendors for materials, finishes, and detailingAssist in material selection, specifications, and approvalsSupport BOQs, measurements, and execution detailingClient SupportAssist in design discussions and presentations when requiredAddress client queries related to design and executionRequired Skills & Experience3-4 years of experience in interior design with execution exposureStrong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)Experience with villas / turnkey / residential projectsSolid understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methodsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication and coordination skillsSoftware SkillsAutoCAD – MandatorySketchUp / 3D tools – PreferredBasic BOQ & measurement knowledge – PreferredWho Should ApplyDesigners who enjoy technical detailing & executionDesigners who take ownership and responsibilityDesigners comfortable managing sites and junior teamsDesigners looking for long-term growth, not freelance workWho Should NOT ApplyFresh graduatesDesigners looking for remote or freelance rolesDesigners focused only on concepts or Instagram visualsSalary Salary will be based on experience, skill level, and interview performanceHow to ApplyPlease send your resume + portfolio to:
