We are looking for aVendor Operations Managerwho can independently handle end-to-end vendor sourcing, onboarding, and coordination for eLearning & content development projects.Key Responsibilities Source freelancers, agencies & vendors (SMEs, IDs, content writers, designers, video editors, etc.) Build and manage a strong talent pipeline Conduct screening, evaluation & sample checks Negotiate commercials and handle contracts/NDAs Manage onboarding, availability trackers, and resource allocation Coordinate with vendors on deliverables, guidelines & quality rack invoices, payments, and finance compliance Maintain vendor performance records & relationshipsRequired Skills Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork, etc.) Excellent communication & coordination Strong negotiation ability Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and online platforms Ability to manage multiple profiles at once Experience in eLearning, edtech, or content development (mandatory)Why Join Us?
