The HR Manager is required to develop our human resources to manage the growth.Qualifications & Experience:Postgraduate degree in HR / Personnel Management / MBA (HR) or equivalent.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution.Sound knowledge of labour laws, service rules, and academic HR practices.Key Requirements:Ability to manage recruitment, HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.High integrity, discretion, and respect for academic traditions.Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.Appointment & Pay:Full-time position.Salary commensurate with qualifications, experience, and institutional norms.
