Position Name: Oracle Fusion R13 Functional Consultant (Abu Dhabi) Location:Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience:Minimum 10+ Years Implementations:3–4 End-to-End Oracle Fusion R13 Implementations (Mandatory) Employment Type:Full-time Budget: Open NP: Immediate to 30 DaysRole Overview We are seeking an experiencedOracle Fusion R13 Functional Consultantto lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enhancements. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities Lead and deliverend-to-end Oracle Fusion R13 functional implementations Conduct requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business requirements (Finance / SCM / HCM – based on expertise) Preparefunctional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, and test scripts Support data migration, integration testing, and UAT activities Work closely with technical teams for reports, integrations, and extensions Provide post-go-liveproduction support and issue resolution Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and implementation standards Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams and provide functional guidanceRequired Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of overall experience inOracle ERP Functional Consulting Strong hands-on experience withOracle Fusion Cloud R13 Minimum3–4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations Deep functional expertise in one or more modules: Finance:GL, AP, AR, FA, CM SCM:PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM HCM:Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence (as applicable) Strong experience inUAT, CRP, and user training Excellent client-facing and communication skills Experience working inonsite / Middle East projectsis a plusBenefits & Compensation Air Fare (Joining & Return) Visa & Dependent Visa Sponsorship Family Medical Insurance 7 Days Initial Accommodation Mobile Allowance / Benefits Gratuity as per UAE Labor Law Competitive Tax-Free SalaryEducation Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, or equivalent professional experienceInterested candidates can call / whatsapp on: +91 91094 72707 or mail : ayushi.chouhan@
