Job Overview:We are seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Solutions Engineer to design, present, and support scalable technology solutions aligned with client business needs. This role acts as a bridge between sales, engineering, and customers, ensuring successful solution design, implementation, and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design end-to-end solutions using cloud, software, and integration technologies.Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, POCs, and technical presentations.Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to define solution architecture.Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and solution designs.Address technical queries during client engagements and onboarding.Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.Support implementation teams during deployment and post-go-live phases.Identify optimization opportunities and recommend best practices.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant role.Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Experience working with enterprise or SaaS-based solutions.Tools & Technologies (Preferred)Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google CloudAPIs & Integration: REST, SOAP, WebhooksDatabases: SQL / NoSQLDevOps & Deployment: Docker, CI/CD (basic understanding)CRM & Pre-Sales Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot (nice to have)Certifications (Nice to Have)AWS Certified Solutions ArchitectAzure Solutions Architect ExpertGoogle Professional Cloud ArchitectTOGAF or equivalent architecture certificationsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance incentivesExposure to enterprise and cloud-based solution designCareer growth across technical and customer-facing tracksCollaborative and fast-paced work environment
