Our platform is built on four core values: being Neighborly to our communities, staying Dedicated to excellence, embracing Bold innovation, and communicating Authentically in all interactions.Key Responsibilities Testing and Quality Validation Understand business and technical requirements in collaboration with Product and Development teams Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Perform functional, regression, integration, sanity, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms Validate end-to-end E-commerce flows including browsing, cart, checkout, payments, fulfilment, delivery, and post-delivery Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing Ensure complete test coverage for new features, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes Defect Management Identify, reproduce, and document defects with clear steps and supporting artefacts Participate in defect triage with Product and Engineering Track issues to closure and verify fixes Assign correct severity and priority and escalate critical risks promptly Automation, API, and Database Testing Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts Contribute to automation framework enhancement using best practices Perform API testing and backend validation Execute database validation using SQL queries Support performance testing activities, JMeter knowledge is a plus Collaboration, UAT, Release, and Production Support Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, Business, and Support teams Provide regular test status updates, risks, and quality insights Coordinate test environments and test data setup Perform smoke, sanity, and regression testing for every release Support UAT cycles, production validations, hotfixes, and emergency releases Perform production monitoring and log analysis using monitoring and logging tools to identify and validate live issues Continuous Improvement Contribute to QA process improvements and documentation Suggest enhancements to test coverage, tools, and efficiency Act as subject matter expert for assigned features Define optimal test strategies for complex and high-risk functionalitiesRequired Qualifications BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field 3+ years of experience in Web, Mobile, and Automation Testing Strong hands-on experience in the E-commerce domain Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies Hands-on experience with Appium and Selenium Working knowledge of Java and/or Python Proficient in writing SQL queries Working knowledge of API and database testing Experience in automation tool selection and defining test approach Experience in designing automation frameworks and writing scripts using best practices Experience in production monitoring and log analysis using monitoring tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to independently own complex features from a quality perspective Demonstrated proficiency as a subject matter expert Comfortable working in the evening shift (2 PM IST onwards)  What We Offer ●Competitive salary package ●Health insurance coverage ●Opportunities for career growth and professional development ●Completely Work From Home ●Desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup 5 days per week ●5 days per week
