The selected candidates will work closely with the quality and production departments to inspect and verify the quality of cultivation tools under the Hectare brand.Key Responsibilities Inspect and evaluate the quality of cultivation tools manufactured under the Hectare brand. Perform visual, functional, and dimensional checks as per defined specifications. Document inspection results and escalate any deviations or defects. Coordinate with production and design teams for quality improvements. Assist in implementing quality protocols, testing procedures, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support continuous improvement and root-cause analysis activities.Educational Qualification Diploma or Btech in Mechanical EngineeringSkills & Competencies Basic understanding of farm tools and agricultural equipment (preferred). Strong observational and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow SOPs and quality guidelines. Good communication and reporting skills.
