Role Description We’re looking for a Behaviour Research & Program Development Associate who is passionate about psychology, behavioural science, and structured program design. Your role involves researching behavioural patterns, identifying competencies, designing training modules, and converting psychological principles into practical, easy-to-understand learning experiences. This role is perfect for psychology graduates who love research, frameworks and human behaviour.
