Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Litigation Associate will be involved in end-to-end handling of intellectual property disputes and other commercial litigation, including:Drafting pleadings, applications, rejoinders, affidavits, and legal notices Appearing before District Courts, Commercial Courts, High Court of Karnataka, and other forumsPreparing case briefs, strategy notes, and briefing senior counsel Handling filings, procedural compliances, and coordination with court registriesInteracting with clients and providing updates on litigation progressEligibility & RequirementsLL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university1 - 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in IP Litigation Strong drafting and research skills, particularly in IP lawsFamiliarity with Court proceduresBengaluru-based candidates onlyThis position is open only to candidates with prior litigation experience before Bengaluru Courts.
