Responsibilities: 1. ROLE INTENT (Why This Hire Exists)This role exists to scale revenue beyond founder-led selling, elevate the existing sales team, and deepen outbound + enterprise execution.Increase win ratesStrengthen outbound performanceLift demo and discovery qualityClose deals independentlyCoach/guide the Sales Executive and SDRBring predictability to the pipelineOwn revenue across India + SEA/MEA + USCAct as the commercial engine working with the founderContributes to 600k–1M ARR in Year 1Sales Exec performance improves (demo quality + closing)SDR improves in ICP clarity, personalization, and SQL qualityMaintains 4–5x pipeline coverageBuilds a strong outbound rhythm across Clay/Apollo/NavEstablishes reliable monthly forecastingWins 1–2 strong multi-site accountsCreates recurring international pipeline (SEA/MEA/USC)Documents and improves GTM playbooksHelps hire + train next SDR/AE3. Multi-Site Vertical ExperienceMust have sold to either:HotelsRetail chainsQSR brandsCoworking chainsMulti-location opsLogistics/facility ops.Experience and ExpertiseWe need a senior SaaS seller with minimum 5-8 Years of experience who can both close and coach. Someone with strong outbound muscle, multi-site vertical experience, and a structured approach to sales. They must be comfortable mentoring the existing team, selling to CXOs, and driving international expansion.
