Our newly launched ENVR Marketplace connects buyers and sellers of verified environmental commodities such as Carbon Credits, I-RECs, and Blue Credits, fostering a transparent and efficient ecosystem for sustainability trading.Job PurposeWe are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Professional to promote the ENVR Marketplace and drive sales of Carbon Credits, I-RECs, Blue Credits, and other environmental instruments. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of environmental markets and a proven track record of closing successful deals in this space.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners in the sustainability and environmental sectors.Promote and position the ENVR Marketplace as a leading platform for trading Carbon Credits, I-RECs, and Blue Credits.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and account management.Collaborate with marketing teams to design outreach campaigns and communication strategies.Monitor market trends, policy updates, and industry developments in the environmental commodity space.Represent Compliance Kart at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Energy Management, or related discipline.A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Sustainability, or Environmental Management will be an added advantage.Experience:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the carbon credits, renewable energy, or environmental commodities sector.Demonstrated record of successful deal closures and strategic client acquisition.Requirements & SkillsStrong understanding of carbon markets, I-REC systems, and sustainability frameworks.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and analytical thinking abilities.Performance ExpectationsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales and client acquisition targets.Strengthen the market position of the ENVR Marketplace across target geographies.Deliver measurable growth in platform engagement and brand awareness.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a rapidly growing sustainability-focused organization.A collaborative and innovation-driven work culture.Exposure to global environmental markets and carbon trading mechanisms.How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their updated resume to with the subject line: “Application – Sales & Marketing Professional (ENVR Marketplace)”
