Focus on recruitment in renewable energy, covering Design & Engineering, Projects, EPC, Operations & Maintenance, Supply Chain, Corporate, and Leadership roles. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy Create and implement annual hiring plans aligned with business needs. Forecast manpower requirements with leadership teams. Build hiring roadmaps for different business verticals. Ensure readiness for large-scale and niche technical hiring. 2. Recruitment Management Handle the full recruitment cycle: JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, negotiation, and offer closure. Organize hiring drives for mid-level and specialized roles. Conduct campus hiring by connecting with colleges and institutes. Improve candidate experience and reduce hiring turnaround time. 3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Work with functional heads to understand role requirements. Manage recruitment partners, job portals, and assessment vendors. Monitor vendor performance, costs, and compliance. 4. Talent Pipeline Development Build long-term pipelines for critical roles. Engage passive candidates through networking and industry events. 5. Employer Branding & Digital Hiring Strengthen presence on digital platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, industry forums). Collaborate with communication teams for branding campaigns. Drive social recruiting, referrals, and talent branding initiatives. 6. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of recruiters. Set performance metrics and ensure data-driven hiring. Provide training on interviewing and recruitment best practices. 7. Process Excellence & Compliance Implement recruitment SOPs and structured interview processes. Oversee ATS platforms, analytics, and dashboards. Ensure compliance with policies and data privacy norms. 8. Offer Management & Onboarding Manage salary benchmarking and compensation negotiations. Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding. Engage candidates post-offer to reduce dropouts. 9. Diversity & Inclusion Promote diversity hiring across functions and sites. Align recruitment practices with sustainability and ESG goals. 10. Market Intelligence Track industry trends, skills availability, and competitor hiring. Share insights with leadership for decision-making. Qualifications & Experience MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. 12–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or engineering sectors. Experience in both volume and niche technical hiring. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
