This role goes beyond reporting — you’ll work closely with leadership to drive forecasting accuracy, evaluate business decisions, and influence outcomes through data. If you’ve built models from scratch, partnered with stakeholders in the US, and enjoy turning complex financial data into clear business stories, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Build and ownend-to-end financial models(3-statement models, operating models, scenario & sensitivity analysis). Leadbudgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningfor US entities. Analyze actuals vs forecast/budget and deliverclear variance explanationswith actionable insights. Partner with US leadership teams to supportstrategic initiatives , pricing decisions, cost optimization, and investment cases. Prepareexecutive-ready dashboards and presentationsfor CFOs, finance leaders, and investors. Support board decks, investor reporting, and ad-hoc strategic analysis. Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and financial discipline. What We’re Looking For 5–10+ years of FP&A experience , with meaningful exposure toUS-based organizations . Strong hands-on experience infinancial modeling(Excel is a must; experience with advanced models preferred). Proven experience owningbudgets, forecasts, and variance analysis . Ability to translate numbers intobusiness narrativesfor senior stakeholders. Strong understanding ofUS GAAP / management reporting . Excellent communication skills — comfortable working directly with US stakeholders.
