We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on individual to champion our internal platform. Our internal platform instance is the backbone of how we manage customer journeys, roadmaps, and internal opportunities. Your mission? Make it an integral, widely adopted part of our everyday operations and keep us at the forefront of our own orchestration and to test out and deploy new functionality internally before our customers get to experience it.What You’ll DoOwn the Internal ORO Platform: Be the primary owner and advocate for our internal platform, ensuring it’s configured, enhanced, and leveraged to its full potential.Gather and Synthesize Input: Engage with teams across the organization to understand their needs and perspectives, then turn those insights into actionable improvements.Put it at the Center: Make it the living heartbeat of how we run the business – from sales and onboarding to product roadmap, support, and customer value tracking.Drive Adoption and Enthusiasm: Persuade and coach teams to integrate the platform into their daily workflows. You’ll be the internal champion making sure everyone’s on board and excited.Innovate and Iterate: Constantly look for ways to expand and deepen our internal use of the platform, positioning it as a testbed for new features and a showcase of what ORO can do.Who You AreYou think in a similar way to a product owner and care deeply about operations and people.You love taking messy, distributed ways of working and designing something coherent, scalable, and human.You are comfortable saying “no” and prioritizing ruthlessly, but you do it with empathy and clarity.You’re happy being hands-on: configuring workflows, writing user stories, hosting training sessions, and presenting to the exec team.What We’re Looking ForThis role is intentionally senior. We are looking for people who can sit credibly with CPOs, CIOs, and business leaders — and who bring both gravity and curiosity.Experience & Background5-7 years in Product Management, Business Systems / Internal Tools Ownership, Operations Product Owner, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.Proven track record of owning a platform or core business system (e.g., CRM, CPQ, support platform, or internal workflow tool) and driving adoption at scale.Experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities and deliver change.Skills & CapabilitiesStrong product management toolkit: discovery, problem framing, roadmap design, backlog management, and outcome-driven thinking.Comfortable with no-code / low-code platforms, workflow tools, and integrations; able to talk to both business and technical audiences.Excellent communication and facilitation skills – from running workshops to presenting options and recommendations to leadership.Analytical mindset: able to define metrics, instrument workflows, and use data to drive decisions and demonstrate impact.MindsetBias for action – you like to ship, learn, and iterate, not write 40-page specs.High ownership – you’re comfortable being the single-threaded leader for a platform that cuts across the whole company.Curious and customer-obsessed – you want our internal experience to be as good as (or better than) what we build for customers.Low ego, high collaboration – you enjoy working in the grey spaces between teams and functions.Why Join ORO LabsElevate Your Career with Industry LeadersProcurement powers the world - and we need talented people like you to help make it seamless and impactful for enterprises everywhere.
