Position: Front Office Manager Location: Green Park, New DelhiAbout the Role Front Office Manager will be responsible for overall front office operations, guest experience at reception, and smooth coordination with all departments. The candidate must be from ahotel background onlyand should have handled a similar role in a branded / organized hotel. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day front office operations: check‑in, check‑out, reservations, billing, cashiering and night audit. Ensure warm, professional guest welcome and quick resolution of all guest queries and complaints. Train, supervise and roster front office team members (GSA, GRE, bell desk, etc.). Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette and service at the reception at all times. Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, sales and maintenance for smooth guest experience. Monitor OTA bookings, no‑shows, overbookings and rate codes in coordination with central team. Ensure accuracy of cash, credit card, UPI and city ledger postings; submit daily reports. Implement SOPs for reviews, upselling, guest feedback and complaint handling. Ensure proper usage and upkeep of PMS/software, phone systems and front office equipment. Requirements Minimum3–5 years of hotel front office experience , with at least1–2 years as Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Managerin a hotel. Hotel management / hospitality background preferred. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi), guest handling and problem‑solving ability. Hands‑on knowledge of hotel PMS and OTA processes. Should be comfortable with late / flexible shifts as per hotel operations.
