This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive lead generation, engagement, and measurable growth for Empor Marcom and its clients.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute official email campaigns, newsletters, nurture flows, and ABM sequences. Write clear, professional, high-quality B2B email communication for internal and client-facing needs. Build and optimize automation workflows, drip sequences, segmentation, and database hygiene. Monitor and improve email metrics: deliverability, open rates, CTR, sender reputation, conversions. Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and content syndication. Collaborate with content and design teams on email templates, landing pages, and digital assets. Oversee SEO/SEM activities, website updates, and conversion optimization initiatives. Track KPIs, analyze digital performance, create dashboards, and share actionable insights. Work closely with sales/account teams to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue objectives. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.Candidate Profile:3–7 years of digital marketing experience with strong, proven email marketing expertise. Ability to write polished, concise, and professional B2B emails and official communication. Hands-on experience with email and automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.). Experience working in B2B, agency, IT/Tech/SaaS environments (preferred). Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, dashboards, and A/B testing. Understanding SEO, SEM, paid ads, CRM tools, and basic HTML for email optimization (optional).
