Title: Data Scientist – Test and Learn, Time Series Analysis Location: 100% RemoteObjectiveSeeking a highly analytical Data Scientist to support revenue growth strategies by leveraging time series modeling, machine learning, and optimization techniques.Use test and learn methodologies in python Key Responsibilities:Develop advanced analytics models, including price/promotion optimization, segmentation, and demand modeling.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue growth strategies align with business goals and market conditions.Monitor key business KPIs and regularly present findings, insights, and recommendations tosenior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to ensure the scalability and robustness of models and tools.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field 4+ years of experience in pricing, data science, or related fields Strong expertise in statistical modeling and machine learningProficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL and experience with data visualization tools Understanding of price optimization techniques, demand modeling, and forecasting.Excellent communications, organizational and time management skill.Things we are looking for:Strong track record of test and learn in PythonGreat communication as this role is client facing for some marketsSome Bayes experienceTime Series experience is a must for all the studies where we don’t have control groupsGreat visualization skills and deck creation chops: Must be able to tell a data story with PowerPointPython Dashboarding skills would be nice to haveTableau or PowerBI dashboarding would be nice to have as wellShould be able to run an entire study, analyze and interpret the results, produce the deck and communicate it to the market without any handholding
