Planning Engineer Experience:12+ Years Type:1 Year Contract (Extendable)Role Summary: Looking for an experiencedPlanning Engineerwith strong exposure togreenfield chemical plant projects , responsible for full-cycle project planning, scheduling, and progress control across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintainPrimavera P6 schedulesfor process units, utilities, off-sites, and infrastructure. Prepare baseline schedules, resource & cost loading, and project progress measurement systems. Track EPC progress, monitor critical paths, and identify delays specific to chemical plant activities (equipment fabrication, piping, civil, E&I). Coordinate with process, mechanical, piping, E&I, civil, procurement, and construction teams. Review contractors’ schedules and ensure compliance with chemical-plant milestones. Prepare S-curves, manpower histograms, dashboards, and periodic progress reports. Support schedule risk analysis, change management, and mitigation planning.Requirements: Bachelor’s in Chemical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering. 12+ years planning experienceinchemical / petrochemical / refinery greenfield projects . Proficiency inPrimavera P6 , MS Project, and project controls tools.
