As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and dependable Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team and contribute to streamlining administrative processes, stakeholder coordination, and overall organizational efficiency.Role Summary:This role requires a professional who can manage high-level administrative tasks, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including international clients), and provide seamless support in a fast-paced IT environment. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up skills.Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Calendar Management- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments effectively. - Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and day-to-day administrative tasks. - Maintain documentation including meeting minutes, reports, and confidential files.Stakeholder Communication- Liaise with internal teams, external clients, international clients (if required) - Act as a bridge between leadership and external stakeholders to ensure timely and clear communication. - Demonstrate professionalism in both verbal and written interactions.Follow-up, Delegation & Coordination- Track ongoing action items and ensure timely completion through regular follow-ups. - Assist in delegation processes and coordinate across departments to ensure deliverables are met. - Streamline executive workflows and support task prioritization.Research & Documentation- Conduct basic research and prepare briefs to assist leadership in decision-making. - Maintain organized records, shared documents, and ensure accessibility across teams.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. - 5–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the IT/Tech industry. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and communication tools like Slack. - Excellent communication skills with exposure to handling clients at different levels. - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of IT industry terminology will be an added advantage.
