Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a D2C Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our direct-to-consumer business. The role will focus on order processing, coordination with warehouse and logistics partners, inventory tracking, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across online sales channels.Key Responsibilities Order & Platform Operations Manage daily order processing across D2C platforms (Website / Marketplace / Shopify, etc.) Ensure timely order confirmation, invoicing, dispatch, and delivery Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to resolve order-related issues Inventory & Supply Coordination Track inventory levels and flag low stock situations Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for replenishment Maintain accurate SKU-level data Logistics & Returns Monitor shipments and follow up on delays or delivery exceptions Manage returns, exchanges, and RTOs as per defined SOPs Coordinate with courier partners for issue resolution Customer Experience Support Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and returns Ensure quick resolution of complaints and escalations Work closely with customer support teams to maintain service standards Reporting & Process Improvement Prepare daily/weekly operational reports (orders, deliveries, returns) Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements Support SOP documentation and complianceSkills & Requirements 1–3 years of experience inD2C / E-commerce Operations Hands-on experience with order management systems and dashboards Familiarity with Shopify / WooCommerce / Marketplaces (preferred) Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good Excel skills (order tracking, reports, reconciliation) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Operations preferred) Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience working with logistics partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.) Understanding of COD, RTO, and return management Exposure to customer support tools
