Job Title: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) (English)Location: DLF Phase 1 & Sector 70 A, GurgaonKey Responsibilities:Curriculum Planning and Implementation:Develop and implement lesson plans following the CBSE curriculum.Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.Classroom Management:Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities.Assessment and Evaluation:Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.Student Development:Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students.Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.Professional Development:Stay updated on the latest developments in English language and literature education.Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.School Activities:Actively participate in school events, committees, and extracurricular activities.Support the school's vision and mission in all aspects of teaching and learning.Qualifications:Master's or Bachelor’s degree in English.B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
