This freelance role is ideal for professionals with hands-on industry experience who enjoy solving real-world business problems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign go-to-market and market access strategies (domestic & export)Drive product positioning and portfolio strategy across textile segmentsStrengthen distributor, buyer, and agent engagement modelsImprove sales force effectiveness, incentives, and performance trackingCreate and standardize SOPs for sales, marketing, and order managementEnable CRM / ERP alignment for better visibility, forecasting, and decision-makingTrain and mentor sales teams, agents, and channel partnersRequirements10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the textile or apparel industryStrong understanding of textile value chains (spinning, weaving, processing, garmenting, exports)Experience working with dealers, exporters, buying houses, and institutional buyersProven track record in building and scaling sales teams and distribution networksHands-on exposure to pricing, margins, seasonality, and demand forecastingExperience in training and mentoring sales teams or channel partnersAbility to work independently and remotelyStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Textiles, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
