This role involves managing client communication, invoicing, payment follow-ups, CRM updates, and operational coordination. The selected candidate will act as a virtual representative of the company and ensure smooth execution of client and customer requirements while working in the USA shift.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client communication through calls and emails in a professional manner Make service-related calls, follow-up calls, and payment reminder calls Manage invoicing and coordinate accounts receivable follow-ups Maintain clear, timely, and professional email communication Update and manage CRM systems and client portals accurately Understand and execute client-specific operational requirements Coordinate between clients and their end customers for service scheduling and completion Ensure accurate documentation, records, and reporting Represent the company professionally as a Virtual AssistantRequired Skills & QualificationsExcellent spoken and written English communication skills Willingness and ability to work in USA shift timings Basic to good understanding of accounting concepts Hands-on experience with invoicing and billing processes Strong client-handling and customer coordination skills Confidence in follow-up and payment-related calls Proficiency in professional email communication Working knowledge of CRM tools and online portals Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesPreferred ExperiencePrevious experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Executive, or Accounts Executive Experience working with USA-based clients Exposure to service-based or maintenance industries is an added advantage
