Looking for aFreelance IBM ODM Developerto join a team of rockstar developers. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q4 2025.Key Responsibilities Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them intobusiness rulesusingIBM ODM Decision Center and Decision Server . Implement, test, and maintain rule applications with properversioning and governance . Collaborate with theUS technical lead and onshore teamsto align solution design and implementation. Performunit testing, regression testing , and provideproduction support and defect fixes . Integrate IBM ODM solutions withJava-based applications , databases, and external APIs. Participate inAgile ceremoniesincluding daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Create and maintaintechnical documentation , share knowledge within the team, and follow ODM best practices. Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of overall IT experience , with2+ years of hands-on experience in IBM ODM . Strong experience with: IBM ODMDecision Center Decision Validation Services (DVS) BOM/XOM modeling Rule Execution Server (RES) Proficiency in developing and managingdecision services and rule flows . Experience integrating ODM with: Java applications Relational databases REST/SOAP APIs Familiarity withversion control tools(Git) andCI/CD pipelinesfor ODM deployments.
