The ideal candidate must come with strong experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering organizations and be capable of driving financial efficiency, compliance, and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Strategy- Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. - Provide financial insights to management to support decision-making.Accounting & Reporting- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and ledger management. - Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Monitor cash flow, profitability, and cost controls across business units/outlets.Compliance & Controls- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other financial compliances. - Maintain robust internal controls and SOPs to safeguard company assets. - Liaise with internal/external auditors and ensure audit readiness.Operational & Business Partnership- Work closely with operations teams to analyze financial performance and recommend process improvements. - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. - Support procurement and vendor management with financial evaluations.Banking & Stakeholder Management- Manage banking relationships, loans, fund flows, and financial documentation. - Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external agencies for all financial matters.Candidate Requirements:- Must have 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounts within the hospitality (hotel/restaurant/catering) industry. - Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial best practices. - Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple business units.
