Hyderabad | Bangalore Permanent RoleSummary: As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business challenges, from strategy through execution. You will lead and support ServiceNow implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.Key Responsibilities: Lead/support the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow platform, including system configuration, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party integrations. Architect technical solutions, organize and prioritize development efforts, and interface with vendors and management. Gather and document user and process requirements; perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing. Coach and delegate to junior team members, providing guidance and stretch opportunities. Apply critical thinking to unstructured problems and ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance in deliverables. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, adapting to different situations to build relationships. Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BE/BTech, or MCA. 4–9 years of ServiceNow experience. ServiceNow Certified Administrator, Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist (ITSM/HR/GRC/VR/ITOM/SecOps). Strong technical skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services. Experience in agile development methodology. Excellent client-facing and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to lead technical implementations and collaborate with stakeholders. AngularJS or other scripting languages. Experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow customizations.Why Join Us?
