More details as below.Role: ServiceNow Consultant Location: Remote Type: Contract (12 months Contract -extendable) Experience: 7+ years Note: Looking for Immediate JoinersJob Description: We are seeking an experiencedServiceNow Consultant (JL9)with strong expertise inITOM Discovery and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) . The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to ensure accurate CMDB population and dependency mapping, as well as supporting SPM modules for demand, project, and portfolio management.Key Responsibilities: Implement and manageServiceNow ITOM Discovery , including MID Server setup, schedules, and credential management. Ensure CMDB accuracy, reconciliation, and data governance aligned with best practices. Configure and supportServiceNow SPM modules(Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio Management). Integrate ITOM and SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITBM). Troubleshoot discovery issues and optimize performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and support during UAT and go-live.Requirements: Strong hands-on experience withServiceNow ITOM Discovery and SPM . Solid understanding ofCMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow architecture . Experience with integrations, scripting (JavaScript), and ServiceNow workflows. ServiceNow certifications inITOM/SPMare preferred.
