You will be responsible for leading our SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our website(s). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and growth. Set clear goals, objectives, and KPIs for the team and individual team members, and monitor progress towards achieving them. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing, creativity, and continuous improvement.2. SEO Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive targeted traffic, and increase conversions. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities and formulate effective optimization strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.3. Content Optimization and Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our SEO objectives. Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, for relevant keywords, user experience, and search engine visibility. Implement on-page optimization techniques, such as meta tags, headers, and internal linking, to enhance content performance.4.Technical SEO and Website Optimization: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and address issues affecting website performance, crawlability, and indexation. Work closely with web developers to implement technical recommendations and ensure our website meets SEO best practices and standards. Monitor website performance metrics, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors, and take proactive measures to optimize performance.5. Link Building and Outreach: Develop and implement effective link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites and improve our domain authority. Identify relevant link building opportunities, conduct outreach to relevant websites and influencers, and build strategic partnerships to enhance our backlink profile. Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links to maintain a healthy and natural link profile.6. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our SEO efforts and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations for optimization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong track record of driving organic search growth and improving search rankings. 2-3 years of experience in team leadership and managerial roles, with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Expertise in SEO best practices, techniques, and tools. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Compensation : The salary for this position is open and will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
