Experience with Control-M Quantitative Resources and workload balancing. Proficiency in troubleshooting Control-M job failures and log analysis. Familiarity with batch automation processes and standards. Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Windows, and scripting (Shell/Batch scripting) Good understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP/SFTP). Implement and manage Control-M Quantitative Resources and ensure efficient workload distribution Strong hands-on experience in Control-M job creation (FTP, AFT, OS) Perform daily Control-M administration including user management, calendar maintenance, and job scheduling. Support Control-M migration, upgrades, and patching activities Experience with Control-M for Cloud, APIs, or Workload Change Manager (WCM) Familiarity with database job integrations (Oracle, SQL Server).
