Think illustrated mazes, surreal zoo landscapes, strange characters, and details that reward a second look.What you’ll be working on:Creatingillustrationswith strong concepts and visual humour Developingoriginal characters, creatures, and environments Building playful worlds inspired by absurdity, quiet chaos, and storytelling Designing illustrations primarily fordigital platforms (Instagram, campaigns, web)What we’re looking for:Strong illustration skills with a distinct visual voice Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, engaging visuals Comfort withbold colours, expressive forms, and imperfect charm Someone who understands humour visually — not everything needs words Experience working on aproject / freelance basis Ability to take direction, experiment, and iterate without overthinkingBonus points if you:Enjoy surreal, slightly existential concepts Like building narrative through environments rather than just characters Have experience illustrating maps, mazes, worlds, or detailed scenesHow we work:Project-based, remote Clear briefs, references, and concepts shared upfront Room to experiment — drafts are encouraged before finalising
