The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with VMware and Citrix technologies, strong system administration skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while managing day-to-day operations and initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Manage, support, and optimize VDI environments using VMware and Citrix products. - Administer and troubleshoot VMware suite (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and Citrix products (Virtual Apps & Desktops, StoreFront, Director). - Implement and manage Multifactor Authentication (MFA) solutions. - Handle Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP administration and troubleshooting. - Ensure availability, performance, and security of virtualized infrastructure. - Lead or mentor team members and support team coordination activities. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including Security, Network, and Application teams. - Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational best practices.Required Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on experience in VDI and Virtualization environments. - Expertise in VMware and Citrix product suites. - Experience with Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and access control concepts. - Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server administration. - Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration ability. - Prior team handling or mentoring experience preferred. - Domain relevance is mandatory (Infrastructure / VDI roles).Interested candidates may share their resume at:krishna.bhagdeo@
