As a product-first startup, we build scalable, high-performance user interfaces focused on usability, speed, and enterprise-grade design.We’re looking for a Senior UI Developer who combines strong frontend engineering skills with a product & UX mindset, and has experience working in product-based startups, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven platforms.Role OverviewAs a Senior UI Developer at LeoRix, you will be responsible for building and scaling the frontend UI of our SaaS platform. You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and AI/backend engineers to convert designs into high-quality, performant interfaces.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the UI layer of a product, not just implementing screens.Key Responsibilities:- Develop responsive, scalable UI for a SaaS-based AI platform - Build complex dashboards, workflows, and admin panels using React & Next.js - Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable, production-ready components - Implement state management, role-based UI, and dynamic data rendering - Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility - Work closely with UX/design teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation - Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and AI-driven features - Contribute to building a design system and reusable component library - Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and documentationTechnical Skills (Mandatory)- React.js (Hooks, Context API, component architecture) - Next.js (SSR, routing, performance optimization) - JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript - HTML5, CSS3, SCSS - Modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS / Material UI / Ant Design) - REST API integration and async data handling - State management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar) - Responsive design & cross-browser compatibility - Git / GitHub / GitLab version controlAI & Product Experience (Highly Preferred)- Experience building UI for AI-based products (chatbots, copilots, dashboards, agent workflows) - Understanding of real-time UI updates, streaming responses, and data-heavy views - Familiarity with SaaS UX patterns and multi-tenant architectures - Prior experience in product-based startupsRequired Qualifications- 4–6 years of hands-on UI / Frontend development experience - Strong experience building SaaS web applications - Previous experience working in product-based startups - Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment - Strong attention to detail and ownership mindsetGood to Have (Bonus Skills)- Experience with Micro-frontends - Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines - Exposure to UX principles and design systems - Experience working with global enterprise usersWork Model & Culture- Work from Office only - Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad - Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST - Fast-growing AI product startup - High ownership, high impact role
