Our services include admission and application guidance, student visas, accommodation assistance, and end-to-end support for families.OverviewWe are seeking a “Senior Student Counsellor” to join our overseas education consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients (students), ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.This is a "work-from-office" role bang opposite Matunga West Railway Station with alternate Saturdays off.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providingguidance throughout their journey• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional customerservice and support throughout their engagement with the consultancy• Collaborate with other team members to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure clientsatisfaction• Co-ordinate with partners, associates and university representatives to ensure clients have all thenecessary documentation & information required for their abroad studies• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system, including updatingclient information, recording communications and tracking progress• Prepare & maintain reports on client activities and provide insights for improvement• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our clientsQualifications & Skills• Bachelor's degree• 3-5 years of full time experience in education or counselling• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines• Passion for the education industry and a desire to help students achieve their goalsSalary• Industry Standard Monthly Salary with a hike on existing salary• Performance based monthly incentives• Industry Standard Yearly BonusIf you are a self-starter with a passion for helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad, we would love to hear from you.
