Procol is the Oracle/SAP for the next trillion dollars of procurement.Hiring for Program Manager - Strategy & OperationsAt Procol AI, our impressive growth is testament to the significant advancements we’ve made in enhancing cross-functional efficiencies and productivity. To sustain this momentum, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to collaborate closely with our founders and executive team. From the outset, this individual will play a crucial role in boosting our productivity by streamlining new & strategic initiatives, oversee program management and investor relations, facilitate cross-functional workstreams, and drive OKR adoption across departments.This role is ideal for a candidate with a demonstrated history of driving successful business and fundraising outcomes for startups through the 0-10 growth phase, coupled with a strong command of strategy and operations. Please note, this is a full-time, in-office position based at our headquarters in Gurugram.What will you do- Investor Relations: - Facilitate the preparations and organize collaterals for board meetings, investor presentations, business updates etc. and any other executive-board engagements. - Serve as the POC and internal resource for both current as well as potential investors. - Lead fundraising efforts, including the preparation of pitch materials, conducting research on VC-PE landscape, supporting fundraise conversations, managing due diligence processes etc.- Strategy and Operations: - Act as an advisor and sounding board to the CEO on key business decisions. - Run point on AOP & business planning exercises. Conduct periodic FP&A reviews to actively monitor the organization's fiscal health and recommend course-corrections where needed. - Collaborate with the founders and executive team to develop and implement OKRs, ensuring goal alignment across departments and tracking their timely execution. - Develop, adopt and refine KPI’s. Build a data-first culture by rigorously analyzing business performance data and provide actionable insights to inform executive decision-making. - Oversee daily operations, and proactively resolve challenges to ensure optimal performance. - Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.- New Initiatives: - Helm key cross-functional initiatives and workstreams with the buy-in of executive stakeholders. - Proactively and systematically drive market research efforts to improve our product positioning and competitiveness, working directly with founders to address critical product challenges. - Drive in-house efforts to identify and develop new revenue channels and opportunities. - Own any other strategic initiatives or special projects as mandated by the CEO.What would you bring to the table- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a senior operator or Chief of Staff in a high-growth startup, ideally complemented by prior stints in management consulting, venture capital, or private equity. A background in B2B SaaS or U.S. enterprise technology sectors is also highly valued. - An MBA from a top-tier institution is preferred, but not mandatory. - A catalyst who is able to efficiently drive alignment, decision-making and informed debate - Highly organized, with extensive experience in managing multiple projects across various stakeholders with a demonstrable attention to detail. - Proven experience in building and managing mid-large teams, and/or directing cross-functional resources. - Ability to influence without authority and build relationships across the organization - A builder by nature with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a very high bar of ownership and accountability.
