This is a great opportunity to work with a leading premium luxury brand, where visual excellence plays a key role in customer experience and brand storytelling.Role OverviewAs a Regional Visual Merchandiser, you will support and execute visual merchandising strategies across multiple stores, ensuring brand consistency, strong visual appeal, and compliance with VM standards. You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales, merchandising, and design teams to elevate in-store presentation and drive customer engagement.✨ Key Responsibilities• Plan and execute VM requirements for new and existing products based on customer insights, campaigns, and competition• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ROM, graphics, décor, and VM kits• Ensure timely installation and audit compliance of VM standards across stores• Support new store launches, renovations, and regional festival décor concepts• Create and optimize planograms to enhance space utilization and product visibility• Drive VM training for store teams and VM champions• Participate in regional events, exhibitions, and brand showcasesWhat We’re Looking For• Design graduate (Product / Space / Visual Communication preferred – NIFT/NID ideal)• Experience in visual merchandising across jewellery, retail, luxury, lifestyle or non-apparel segments• Strong eye for design, detail orientation, and innovative thinking• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors• Flexible, adaptable, and execution-focused mindsetWhy This Role?This role offers hands-on exposure to premium retail formats, large-scale VM execution, and the opportunity to influence how customers experience a luxury brand across regions.Interested candidates can apply or share referralsrajeshwari.s@
