Our proactive team of highly experienced doctors, nurses, and staff ensures that we deliver the highest standard of personalized care to our patients at all times.Job Title: Insurance & Billing – Administration ManagerQualification: MBBS / BDS / BHMSExperience: Mandatory experience in Multispecialty HospitalsJob Location - HyderabadJob PurposeTo manage end-to-end insurance, billing, and administrative functions, ensuring seamless coordination with insurance companies, accurate tariff setup, efficient claims processing, and denial management while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities1. Overall Administration- Oversee insurance and billing administration across OP, IP, and daycare services. - Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, billing, front office, and insurance teams.2. Digital & System Management- Digitally savvy with hands-on experience in HIS (HINAI or equivalent systems). - Configure and manage Charge Master, tariffs, packages, and service codes in the system. - Ensure accurate tariff setup and mapping across departments.3. Insurance & Pre-Certification- Handle pre-certification, pre-authorization, and coordination with TPAs and insurance companies. - Negotiate tariffs and packages with insurance companies and TPAs as required.4. Claims & Denial Management- Oversee end-to-end claims processing, submissions, and follow-ups. - Analyze denial reasons, draft and send appeal mails, and ensure timely resolution of denied cases. - Monitor claim ageing, approval timelines, and settlement ratios.5. Stakeholder & People Management- Lead and manage the insurance and billing team with strong people management skills. - Conduct training, performance monitoring, and process improvements. - Liaise with doctors, clinical teams, finance, and external stakeholders.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong administrative and negotiation skills. - Excellent written communication, especially for insurance denial and appeal correspondence. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - High level of digital literacy and system orientation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced multispecialty hospital environment.Mandatory Requirements- Qualification: MBBS / BDS / BHMS. - Prior experience with multispecialty hospitals is mandatory. - Proven exposure to insurance operations, tariff setup, claims, and denial management.
