Work Location: Bangalore, Cessana Business ParkWork Mode: HybridJob Description:- Collaborate with the development team to understand the requirements and design of cloud application features. - Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on the feature specifications. - Execute test cases to validate the functionality of the cloud application features. - Identify and report defects, track their status, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution. - Perform regression testing to validate the integrity of existing features after code - Design and execute performance tests to evaluate the responsiveness, scalability, and stability of the cloud application under different load conditions. - Identify and analyse performance bottlenecks, and work closely with the development team to optimize system performance. - Generate detailed performance reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for performance improvements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to address regression defects, establish performance benchmarks and define acceptance criteria for the cloud application.Minimum Qualification:- Bachelor's degree (or above) in Engineering/computer science with 4 to 8 years of work experience in testing Cloud, SaaS applications - Proven experience in feature testing, regression testing of cloud-based applications - Proficiency in test case design, test execution and test reporting - Proven experience in feature testing, regression testing, and validation of backend services. - Must have hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Kafka, etc.) - Must have strong understanding of data pipeline validation and data integrity checks. - Must have experience with Kubernetes and EKS for testing containerized applications. - Must have proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI. - Good to have ability to analyse logs using tools like Kibana, or AWS CloudWatch. - Good to have familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build management tools like Git, Jenkins, or GitLab. - Must have knowledge on microservices architecture and backend service interactions. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment. - Must have experience in build processes and managing QA environments as well as working with build management tools like Git, JenkinsDesired Qualifications:- Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team. - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
