As a Senior Microbiologist, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing microbiological operations, ensuring adherence to quality control and assurance protocols, and maintaining laboratory equipment. You will plan and conduct microbiological testing, monitor contamination risks, and document findings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain compliance with regulatory standards to support the production of therapeutic food products.Qualifications- MSc. Microbiology degree - Proficiency in Microbiology and related scientific practices - 3 - 5 years experience in testing pathogens such as salmonella, E.Coli, S. Aureus etc - Strong Laboratory Skills and experience handling a variety of laboratory equipment - Knowledge and application of Quality Control and Quality Assurance protocols - Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent documentation skills - Experience in the food manufacturing or health sector is an advantage
