The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in regulatory reporting platforms. Experience with the Broadridge Trade Regulatory Reporting platform is a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects within the Trade Regulatory Reporting domain.Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with program goals.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, business analysts, and compliance to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of testing milestones.Identify risks and issues proactively and drive resolution.Provide leadership and mentorship to QA team members.Report testing progress, metrics, and quality status to stakeholders and senior management.Required Skills & Experience:Strong experience in Trade Regulatory Reporting (e.g., MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank).Proven track record of managing QA delivery at a program level.Hands-on experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.Excellent understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Broadridge Trade Regulatory Reporting platform.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus.
