Job Title: SAP ABAP HR ConsultantExperience: 7+ YearsLocation: HyderabadKey Responsibilities- Design, develop, and customize RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) using SAP ABAP HR. - Create and enhance custom infotypes as per business requirements. - Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and SAP Payroll systems. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and issue resolution. - Ensure all development follows SAP best practices and coding standards. - Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions. - Support HR processes such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY).Required Technical Skills- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR. - Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, DDIC, Function Modules, Smartforms, BAPIs, BADIs. - Experience with OOABAP and latest ABAP 7.4+ syntax. - Hands-on experience in RICEF development and enhancements. - Good understanding of SAP HR modules: PA, OM, PT, and Payroll. - Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with ECC/ECP using Point-to-Point (P2P) and Business Integration Builder (BIB). - Experience in employee data replication, error handling, and payroll-related interface support. - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Core Data Services (CDS) Views. - Experience with OData APIs, custom RFCs, and SAP Cloud Integration (SCI/CPI).
