This on-site role involves designing and conceptualizing fashion pieces and embroidery patterns, collaborating closely with clients and a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring precision in embroidery sampling, artwork development, prototypr development and finishing. The Fashion Designer will also be responsible for working with embroideries to create innovative, high-quality designs while adhering to client specifications and current fashion trends.Qualifications- Proficiency in Fashion Design and a strong understanding of hand embroideries - Expertise in Embroidery techniques and surface development - Knowledge of Textiles and their properties to create versatile designs - Proficiency in Procreate software to create evenng illustrations and embroidery placements - Skills in Fitting to ensure high-quality and tailored garments - Ability to work and coordinate with the sampling and production teams - Strong communication skills - Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and effective communication - Previous experience in haute-couture design is an advantage - Degree in Fashion Design or related field
