The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing and implementing design concepts that meet client needs. Key responsibilities include planning and optimising interior spaces, preparing construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and working with architects and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects. Clear communication with clients and stakeholders will also be a crucial part of the role.Qualifications- Expertise in Space Planning and optimising interior layouts to meet functional and aesthetic requirements - Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings for creating detailed plans - Proficiency in Interior Design with a strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics - Familiarity with FF&E selection and procurement processes - Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field - Ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively
