Position: Creative Head cum Graphic DesignerDepartment: Business DevelopmentLocation: KochiEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Creative Head cum Graphic Design Lead to oversee and guide the creative direction of our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of designers and content creators, developing impactful visual communication, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the creative team within the Business Development department. - Conceptualize and execute creative strategies for branding, marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials. - Oversee the development of visual assets including brochures, social media creatives, presentations, infographics, videos, and pitch decks. - Collaborate closely with the BD team to understand project requirements and create compelling visuals aligned with business goals. - Maintain and enhance brand identity across all communication channels. - Review and approve designs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. - Innovate and stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies. - Provide creative direction for events, client pitches, and marketing initiatives. - Train, mentor, and support junior designers and interns. - Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external agencies when required.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or creative head role. - Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and campaign work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). - Good understanding of UI/UX principles is an added advantage. - Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and manage tight deadlines. - Strong leadership ability with a passion for mentorship and team growth.Key Attributes- Highly creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. - Strategic thinker with the ability to transform ideas into powerful visuals. - Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
