ESG Intern Role OverviewThe ESG Intern will work closely with our ESG Team to support ongoing ESG and sustainability projects for clients. The role involves assisting in data analysis, benchmarking, ESG disclosures, and client coordination, while contributing to research and content development for Crediblesg’s digital ESG platform.This role provides hands-on exposure to ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, and data-driven ESG management systems.Key Responsibilities• Support ESG data collection, validation, and analysis for client projects across different sectors.• Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures and reports aligned with frameworks such as BRSR, GRI, CDP, and DJSI etc.• Conduct secondary research on ESG regulations, emission factors, and best practices across industries.• Support client onboarding and platform configuration activities.• Assist in creating internal documentation, presentation decks, and process trackers.• Collaborate with the Crediblesg product and customer success teams to identify system enhancements and data mapping requirements.• Stay updated with emerging trends in sustainability, AI in ESG, and regulatory reporting.Desired Skills & Qualifications• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Management, or related fields.• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel or data management tools.• Basic understanding of ESG frameworks (GRI, BRSR, CDP, etc.) is preferred.• Good written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.• Interest in technology-driven ESG solutions will be an advantage.What You’ll Gain• Exposure to end-to-end ESG project execution and reporting.• Experience working with corporate sustainability teams and real ESG data.• Understanding of how technology enables ESG reporting and automation.
