This role requires strong product ownership skills, deep Salesforce expertise, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to drive innovation and efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Act as the strategic technology partner for Salesforce CRM solutions, aligning product vision with business goals. - Translate Go-To-Market strategies into cohesive Salesforce product roadmaps and execution plans. - Lead requirements gathering sessions, document current and future state processes, and create user stories for Salesforce solutions. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Data, and Engineering to deliver impactful solutions. - Oversee implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and integration with third-party GTM tools. - Define and track KPIs to measure ROI and process improvements. - Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using Salesforce capabilities. - Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and manage sprint execution. - Provide leadership to Business Analysts, QA, and Developers for successful delivery of CRM initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications- Salesforce Certification is mandatory (Administrator, App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant preferred). - 9+ years of experience in Product Ownership or CRM Product Management. - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably with Service Cloud and Sales processes. - Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale CRM programs. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices. - Expertise in developing multi-year product vision and roadmap. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in data analysis and improving data quality. - Previous experience in consulting or high-growth tech environments is a plus.Nice-to-Have- Familiarity with AI-driven CRM solutions and automation tools. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.How you will growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
