We’re working on systems that power scraping pipelines, proxy networks, and intelligent data processing at scale.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a UX/UI Designer located in Bhopal. The role focuses on designing intuitive, fast, and conversion-focused experiences for a B2B SaaS product.Day-to-day responsibilities include designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for the product and website, improving onboarding and core workflows, collaborating closely with engineers to ship clean and usable interfaces, and iterating quickly in a fast-changing startup environment.You should be prepared to think deeply about users, simplify complex workflows, and continuously improve designs, because when you're building products at scale.Qualifications:- Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction design, and information architecture - Proficiency in UI design and scalable design systems - Ability to translate product requirements into clear, usable interfaces - Strong attention to detail and visual consistency - Ability to solve product and usability problems with thoughtful design decisions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience designing web-based or SaaS products is a plusTools You'll Work With:- Figma (primary design & collaboration tool) - FigJam (flows, user journeys, ideation) - Design Systems & Component Libraries - Prototyping tools (Figma prototypes) - Adobe Illustrator (logo design & vector assets) - Basic analytics tools (to understand user behavior & drop-offs) - Canva / Simple asset tools (quick marketing visuals if needed) - Optional / Bonus: Framer, Webflow, Hotjar ( or session recording tools), Jira / Linear (or any task tracker)
