Our programs emphasize practical learning, real-world projects, and strong placement support across online and offline training models.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Placement Officer / Career Placement Executive who can drive student placements, employer partnerships, and recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in placements, recruitment, or career services, preferably within an education or training institute.Key Responsibilities- Build and manage strong relationships with recruiters, agencies, startups, and corporates hiring digital marketing talent - Coordinate job placements, interviews, and recruitment drives (online & offline) - Prepare students for interviews through resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance - Match student skills with relevant roles such as Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Analyst, Performance Marketer, Social Media Manager - Track placement status, offers, CTCs, and joining confirmations - Maintain a database of employers, student profiles, and placement metrics - Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to improve student job readiness - Support franchise centers (if applicable) with placement strategies and hiring connections️ Skills Required- Excellent communication & coordination skills - Strong follow-up and relationship-management ability - Understanding of digital marketing job roles & industry requirements - Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS tools, and spreadsheets - Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide students during job searchQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or career services - Experience in training institutes, EdTech, or skill-based programs is a plusPerformance Metrics (KPIs)- Student placement percentage - Number of active hiring partners - Average salary and job role relevance - Student satisfaction with placement supportWhy Join Upskill Rocket?- Work in a fast-growing EdTech & digital marketing ecosystem - Direct impact on student careers and employability - Opportunity to build strong industry networks - Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture
