CTC - 20 LpaExp- 5+ yearsCandidates should be from Big 4 or GIS-based mapping and navigation companies.Candidates must be willing to work 6 days a week.Team handling experience.candidates who are available to join within 30 to 45 days.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership:• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendationsto the executive leadershipteam.• Partner with business heads to drive sustainable business growth and profitability.Financial Reporting & Compliance:• Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statementsin compliance withapplicable accounting standards.• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management,statutory bodies, andinvestors.• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, andtax requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis:• Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process.• Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and recommend correctiveactions.• Monitor working capital, manage cash flow, and optimize financial efficiency.Audit & Risk Management:• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in a timely and efficient manner.• Implement risk management strategies and strengthen internal audit practices.Treasury & Stakeholder Management:• Oversee treasury management, banking relationships, and capitalstructureoptimization.• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.Team Leadership & Development:• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.9302207707
