Hiring: Manager – Financial Reporting & Controllership (BPO / Shared Services)Location: Bengaluru (Kothanur) | Work from OfficeWork Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (India shift overlap with US & Philippines operations)Reports to: Finance ControllerAbout the CompanyWe are a global BPO / shared services organization operating across India, the US, and the Philippines, delivering end-to-end business process solutions.We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Manager – Financial Reporting & Controllership to oversee multi-entity finance operations, ensure audit readiness, drive compliance, and enable process automation.This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant seeking to step into a Finance Controller / Global Controllership role within a fast-paced, international environment.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations- Manage end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions). - Drive accurate and timely month-end / year-end closures. - Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheet schedules, and variance analyses. - Support group-level consolidation across entities. - Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal financial controls.Compliance & Taxation- Oversee TDS, GST, and other statutory filings. - Ensure India GAAP compliance while aligning with US GAAP / global standards. - Support direct & indirect tax compliance, transfer pricing, and RBI / FEMA matters. - Coordinate statutory and ROC filings with auditors and consultants.Audit, Controls & Process Improvement- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely query resolution. - Strengthen internal controls and documentation processes. - Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.ERP, Systems & Automation- Serve as key user for NetSuite ERP or equivalent systems. - Collaborate on ERP upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.Business Partnership- Partner with business teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. - Provide financial insights for leadership decision-making. - Support treasury operations, cash flow planning, and fund allocation.Qualifications- CA with 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred).Required Skills- Strong accounting, reporting, or controllership experience in BPO / Shared Services / SaaS / ITES setups. - Exposure to multi-entity, cross-border finance operations. - Knowledge of India & US GAAP, consolidation, and compliance. - Proven experience managing audits and working with external stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems preferred.Preferred Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced MS Excel and reporting tool proficiency. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. - High ownership, attention to detail, and process discipline. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued and respected.
