Panash India is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer (Western Wear) to join our team. If you have a strong passion for contemporary Western styles, enjoy working with casuals, cotton fabrics, prints, and modern silhouettes, and have hands-on experience with e-commerce fashion and production, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities- Design and develop Western wear collections focused on casuals and everyday fashion - Work extensively with cotton fabrics, prints, cuts, styles, and contemporary silhouettes - Create mood boards, sketches, and tech packs for seamless production - Coordinate with vendors and oversee sampling, sourcing, and production to ensure quality and timelines - Stay updated with global fashion trends and translate them into commercial, market-relevant designs - Collaborate closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align designs with brand identity and online requirementsRequirements✅ 2+ years of experience in fashion design (experience with an e-commerce brand is a plus)✅ Strong understanding of Western wear, fabric selection, prints, and fit✅ Hands-on experience in production processes, vendor coordination, and sampling✅ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW✅ Knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and fabric sourcing
